internal chat application for the foreign
exchange, rates and equities desks.
After five years of successful development within UBS (25,000 active chat users on 3000+ chat rooms and 10,000 messages per month), intense customer interest led UBS to carve out the technology, and our team, to form Parlano.
Recently acquired by Microsoft, Parlano (and the functionality our team invented) is now being integrated into Microsoft's OCS application stack. Our technology now manages 250,000 active users at 55 financial institutions.
This depth of experience has made our firm a global leader in collaboration technology. Today, Symphono leverages this expertise on behalf of our clients by developing, extending, and supporting strategic implementations of collaboration technology.
